Udan Foundation (UF) is a non-benefit, non-governmental and voluntary group dedicated to the care and development of underprivileged children. Founded by Md. Afzal, the organization operates across Delhi and NCR (India) with the mission to boost downtrodden and destitute children, ensuring a brighter and more secure future for them.
Our initiatives are made able to be done through generous contributions from philanthropists, individuals, associated, partners, and sponsorships supporting both children and projects. Udan Foundation is a registered trust operating under the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act, 1982, adhering to the terms outlined in its trust deed.
Through collective efforts and unwavering commitment, Udan Foundation continues to bring expectation and chances to children in requirement.

How Udan Foundation Began
Every day, as we travel to work, school, or home, we encounter children at traffic signals—selling newspapers, flowers, or magazines, and often seeking food, money, or help. While many of us feel the urge to support them, we hesitate, fearing that monetary help might encourage dependency on begging.
Our journey began by distributing packets of biscuits to these children. As they began to trust us, we discovered their genuine incline to learn and build a best future. What they needed was not just charity but chances, guidance, and the right support to transform their lives.
Udan Foundation was born to channel the goodwill of compassionate individuals into meaningful action. By providing education, counseling, and assistance, we plan to create a lasting effect and help these street children realize their potential. Together, we strive to bring expectation and change to their lives through dedicated efforts and collective justification.

What Are We Doing Now?
At Udan Foundation, we are committed to shaping a brighter future for the children of our nation. Our goal is to provide underprivileged children with a nurturing, caring, and educational environment where they can open their full potential and build successful futures. Recognized by the government of India, Udan Foundation focuses on supporting children with essential healthcare and education.
Despite the progress made, many children in our country still lack access to proper medical care and quality education. Udan Foundation is dedicated to changing this actuality by offering medical treatment, educational support, and nutritious food to those in need.
In addition to supporting children’s well-being, we also work to rescue innocent individuals facing violence, exploitation, and harassment. Through our efforts, we plan to provide a safer, healthier, and more promising future for those who need it most.
